Additionally we took time out from our busy schedules to visit with our respective parents. Lucky for us they are closely situated; Randy’s frogs (read ‘parents’) live in San Marcos in San Diego county where my frogs live in La Jolla.

While visiting Mom and Dad Alexander we got to visit with my amazing brother who had arrived from Fort Collins (can’t believe he moved his family there). Flash Buddy pulled out his camera and I pulled out mine and we had a shoot-out. He chose the Canon while I use a Sony.
